Next.js, TypeScript Website Setup

its suposed to run with Next.js, TypeScript , i have no idea how to upload this on cpanel and make it work.
I uploaded this on cpanel and it just shows me the files and nothing more.
Can someone setup it , make it functional and implement a payment method on it?
