I'm seeking a talented frontend developer to create a responsive landing page using Next.js. This page will primarily be used for product showcasing.

Key Requirements:
- Must use Next.js (preferably the latest version)
- Code should be clean, maintainable, and follow a good folder structure
- Design must be fully responsive across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices
- SEO-optimized with appropriate meta tags, Open Graph tags, etc.
- Basic form integration (e.g., contact or email subscription) with validation
- Utilize Tailwind CSS, MUI, or any other modern CSS framework (open to suggestions)
- Optional: Add animations or transitions for a more visually appealing experience
- Deployment support required (on Vercel or other hosting platforms)

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Next.js, JavaScript, and React
