Next.js Expert Needed for Website Enhancement

I'm looking for a seasoned Next.js professional to enhance my current website. The focus areas include:
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Next.js and React.js.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI, or other modern CSS frameworks.
Experience with SSR, SSG, and Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR).
Hands-on experience with database systems (e.g., Firebase, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
Proficient in Node.js and Express.js for back-end integration.
Testing & Debugging: Expertise in debugging tools and writing test cases.
Tooling & Platforms: Familiarity with version control (Git), package managers (npm, Yarn), and deployment tools (Vercel, AWS).
Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
