Next.js Developer for Responsive Website

I am looking for a skilled Next.js developer to build a modern, responsive website consisting of:
• 10 static pages
• 1 page integrated with a RESTful API
This is a starter project to evaluate long-term collaboration. If the work is solid, I have several upcoming web projects lined up, and I’m looking to build an ongoing working relationship.

Project Requirements:
• Develop using Next.js (latest version)
• Fully responsive design (desktop, tablet, and mobile support)
• Clean, maintainable code using TypeScript
• Styling with Tailwind CSS or Styled Components
• REST API integration on one page (data fetch and display)
• Use of React Hooks, SWC/Babel, and Next.js Image Optimization
• Fast loading and SEO-optimized static pages
• Deployment support (preferably Vercel, or another modern hosting provider)

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
• Experience with Headless CMSs (e.g., Sanity, Strapi, Contentful)
• Familiarity with Git & GitHub workflow
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to set up Google Analytics and Meta Tags
