New leaderboard on an existing React / Next JS webpage

Need seasoned developer to build out these Figma designs for a leaderboard. We have existing web stack you will build off of. You should be comfortable;

1. Perfecting visuals across all screen sizes
2. Implementing performant network requests w/pagination
3. Handling null states and loading states in a beautiful way
