New dex autoswap with token

I need a token that rises in value at set untervaks predetermined pricing. Autoswap exchange like pancake or uniswap on bsc so swap only between bsc and token. Admin gets 0.5% of all transactions. Holders get 1% of all transactions and rewards fir liquidity providers. All initial buy orders eill go towards liquidity. This eill be simple site and token but functionality has to be perfect.
