New Quasar Vue.js Project

I need a new Quasar Vue.JS developed and would like to work with a Quasar Expert. The Quasar app I want developed in Vue 2.0. I can't use Vue 3.0 for other reasons. I want a basic Quasar app with Axios and Veux. I want the mainlayout page to have a toolbar with one button. The button will call page1 to be injected into the app.vue page. The design of the page is what is attached. It's just a layout that I can use for inserting code. One image has just colored blocks and the other page has data. You do not need to worry about data just the height and width of the blocks. Once this is done if you and I get along there will be additional work
