New Functions to a Text Editor

Hello,
I am looking for a developer who will add new functions to a text editor to an open source WBO whiteboard: https://github.com/lovasoa/whitebophir.
I've created my own version of WBO and added a text editor, which now has the function of changing the font type and size. I've also changed the text logic to foreignObject.
My requests are: the editor should have:
Font styles for example: alignment, bulleted list, and functions: insert link, text color and highlight text.
The textarea should also change the background color and shape to two types: rectangle or callouts.
The text is to be added to the canvas without displaying a rectangular textarea. Below are examples.
