Needed to make few changes on open source based project chatwoot based on ruby on rails -- 2

we want to work on chatwoot with few things
1. whatsapp template sync has been integrated by chatwoot developer itself but they only integrated plain text based template messages we have to add option if its media header or interactive messages needed to add that varialble ----- can explain this in video if u want
2. one off campain can be send only to sms inbox needed to add option option to send via whatsapp also
