Needed expert in react and deploying it to the web on wix or other servers like Heroku

Hi I have a lot of knowledge in C and Python, trying to create an app in Javascript using React, I am struggling and need some to help me. After that I want to deploy my react app to wix or heroku or something similar so also need help with that, I will pay you hourly to do the changes I want to the code but I would ask you to share your screen on Zoom while we do this and explain to me what you're doing so that I can show you exactly what I want to be and that I can learn some new stuff on the way
