Needed Vue.JS Component

- Develop Vue.JS component we can put in Quasar as the spinner in our project
- Spinner design will be delivered in FIGMA, mockup video attached
- Spinner should have smooth color and motion transition. Reference to something similar is at the bottom
- Props for sizing, coloring, speed control
- Deliverables include the Vue component and installation instructions. You're expected to test this as a spinner on your side and ensure it works fine.
