Need a website developer to answer some questions on Javascript

Hi there. I am looking for a developer to help me with two questions with respect to a site that uses Javascript. I The site uses clicks in certain areas and converts that into points which can be used in a leaderboard. I need to know if certain areas are one time click only and do they reset or which ones do?
