Need a small jQuery script to get form values as typed and display them

I have a multstep form which has a "review" step which displays the previously entered fields. I need a small jQuery script to get the field values as they are entered and display them into the html which I have created.
I will complete the styling later, you will need to be able to work offline and I will send the URL for the form
