Need a simple API written to connect email to Rudderstack

I am looking to have a simple API written to connect my email newsletter service (Beehiiv) to Rudderstack, so I can sync subscribers and event data to other applications (e.g. Klaviyo).
I'm not sure which programming language to use for the API, so I'm open to advice on that.
I would like the API to integrate with Rudderstack, so I can send data from Beehiiv to other existing components, e.g. Klaviyo and Shopify.
If you have experience in these areas, I would love to hear from you.
