Need react dev to implement nodejs API into our react redux premade UI

I am looking to provide APIs in nodejs and have you implement it into my react webapp. I will provide all APIs as well as the react UI to be used. The UI has been made using a well-documented react template and I have made index files as well as components that are placed in the index page so now we need to go back to add in API to make it functional.
-Touch ups in react UI will be required such as centering a button or changing margin/ colors.
