Need a professional UI developer for redesigning my extension

I have two google chrome extension. Both are doing the same thing. There are some minor changes in both one. I need first extension's UI design into the second one. I need the same exact replica of the first extension's UI design into another.
With this, I am attaching the screenshot of both the First and Second extension.

The Extension is developed in Javascript and HTML/CSS

You need to modify the Second Extension's UI and make it the same as the First Extension
