Need modal javascript with dynamic data to and from backend python script.

I can give more information once we engage but high level when I click a button I should get a Modal and then once I submit the information it should take the data back to the python script via Jquery and the response is displayed back on another Modal.
I already have it working but I need some improvements as I can only alert but need that in a modal.
This should be a simple task if you know the logic.
