Need to do migration from PHP, Javascript webpages to JAVA spring boot and Angular 2+

We have currently Admin Panel page, where we could upload audio"s and configure some settings for the music streaming platform. It is done in PHP and normal javascript web page.
* Need to do migration to Java Spring Boot and Angular 13
* Need to database migration, which supports java, but the Data and Schema should stay same.
* It is hosted in Hostinger cloud platform.
Our Maximum budget is 250 Euro and it should be done in 7 days.
