Need help with JS async/await

I'm stuck on a function that has to perform some psql queries in sequence. I'm trying to use async/await, but cannot understand the correct sequence.

IMPORTANT: my budget is 5$ (it's a 5 minutes task) and will pay only with BTC on lightning network.
