Need help in using chrome debugger

I want to debug some javascript function from chrome debugger. I have the huge js code in html file, with huge i mean more than 100k lines. I want to debug few functions. Things I want to check: parameters passed into particular function, return value and few other things. Those who are fluent with chrome debugger, please post.
