Need help in js and jquery

All products need to merge rate-wise. which means different rates have to add in new rows and the same rates need to merge in one row according to the products.

If the rates are the same according to individual products that combine the Name of the same product and count the sum of QTY, BL, Amount.

For reference, please check attached files. I need excepted results using js or jquery code.
