Need experts to edit and create wordpress plugin related to Woocommerce and Dokan

I need someone who is very experienced in wordpress plugin creating and editing, javascript, css, mysql to:
- add new features to current plugins
- create new plugins
- keep following this task in future by maintaining and updating our wordpress woocommerce site (on monthly basis and will be discussed later)
