Need ethical hacker to try to hack/crack small HTML/Javascript file.

I have a password-protected HTML/Javascript file that runs self-contained in the browser; the code is used on a recreational game site. Some text is encrypted and included in the file. I need an ethical hacker with good skills to see if she/he can retrieve the text (decrypted). Entering the correct passphrase will decrypt the text and display it on the screen. Can the file be hacked? If so, how long would it reasonably take? If it cannot be hacked, then all the better. If it can be hacked, then I am hoping the time required would be sufficient to deter any would-be hackers.
I would like the opinion of an experienced ethical hacker who is an expert in HTML, Javascript, encryption techniques, hashing, file security, etc. I cannot reveal any details about the file. The person who takes the job will receive access to the file without any details about how it works. I will need a brief report/opinion regarding the file's security upon completion of the job. Signing of an NDA might be required.
