Need documentation of existing JS code files

There are around 50 JS code files written and I need their documentation with following features:

1) Algorithm
2) Explanation of folder structure ( files and folder )
3) Diagrams of each algorithm and implementation
4) WorkFlow diagram

You should be good at JavaScript and OOP programming to get this project done.

Before awarding the project to a competent person, let me first select the one by taking a test.
The test is, you have to prepare all of the above steps for only one JS code file. If your work is approved, the project will be awarded to you.

The overall cost of the project will become around $500 with the rate of $10 for each JS code file.
