Need to clone a svg/css animation background from another webpage, budget $10-20

I need someone to copy a css/svg animation effect from an existing website

[ Instruction ]
(1) Go to https://ametrine.qodeinteractive.com/design-studio/
(2) You will see a red-colour bury ellipse-shape item moving around in loop

I need someone to copy the same background and the same svg animation and organize it into a clean html/css + svg/images (if anys)

For delivery, this is the file structure requirement:

- animation.css
- animation.js (if javascript needed)
- [ img ] folder, all the svg and jpg, gif files should be in here (if any)

important: no inline style please !!! all css code should be placed in the animation.css file

for the index.html

please put everything inside a wrapper div container "animated-wrapper"

- the background image should be applied to the animated-wrapper
