Need a React NodeJS developer to complete an ongoing project -- 2

we are developing a quiz app using react and node. our past developer is not able to continue due to unavailability of time. I want a website that looks and functions similar to the video in the attachment, there is also a pdf that explains what each thing/element in the site should do .
