Need React Java Script Electron developer to make Theme / GUI changes

Hello,
We had another developer update our GUI and and a few themes but was killed in Ukraine before he delivered the final code, the situation is so sad what happened.
Now we need another developer to do this task again.
I have 3 videos attached 1 is the current or old look that we want to update, we want to change the widget phone to look like the one in the screen shot. Also the looks / themes he added, I think there are a total of 4 themes, he also updated the buttons to look newer more up to date, you will be able to see all the differences by comparing the videos but it does not have to be 100% exactly like his GUI look, if you are a good GUI artist and have better looks and ideas then you may use them.
We will request you make the changes through our GitHub so we can track them.
Thank you and if your React.js Electron skills are good we will hire you for many more projects in the future.
