Need Javascript/CSS assistance displaying footer under sticky container.

I am looking for a skilled Javascript/CSS developer to assist me in displaying my footer under a sticky container on my WordPress website. The ideal candidate will have experience working with WordPress and be able to create an advanced footer design with custom widgets. I require the following additional functionality in the footer:

- Custom widgets
