Need a JavaScript Developer to fix problems in a grid

Hard to resize columns (hard to get resize cursors) in a grid that's created using jQWidgets
when https://www.idatamedia.org/profilemain?tab=favorites loads column resize - does not work properly (hard to resize columns - hard to get resize cursor) until splitter is moved - then columns can be resized
a setting on the grid is not being set correctly on initialize as it works after splitter moves
Need someone who can quickly fix the column resize issue.
