Need Help for PDF Fillable Inspection Report

I'm in need of help with a PDF fillable form. I have designed an Inspection Report. The form contains many pictures. When I Fill out the form with all the images gets a big file size. I just need someone, the form will not be big size (File size will be email-supporting size but image quality will not be loose)
