Need DataLayer code and implemented for GTM, GA4 & Facebook Conversion API

I have my GTM set up with facebook conversion API & GA4
I have 5 Tags for Facebook Pixel & 5 Tags for GA4.
My website is built in Webflow and i have added the GTM code to the head section all is working but now i need a dataLayer added to the site and set up with GTM and also Facebook conversion API.
Also when i test a payment it fires the purchase event in GTM as seen the photos but comes through as a pageview in GA4.
I just really need someone whos a professional at this to come in and clean and optimise GA4 and Facebook conversion API with GTM.
