Need Conversion from Flash AS3 web project to Javascript/Html5 -- 2

I have a project (with source code full) written in flash and external actionscript files (as3) and i want to convert it to javascript/html5. The project works with red5 server / sql. Is a public chat with extra panel for settings .

if anyone is interesting i can uploaded to a server and check it out.
