NODE-RED developer for small project

I'm looking for a freelance developer who can assist me with a small project in Node-red.
Basically I want to connect Node-red to a Notion database, fetch some data from the database and store it in an array, and use this data to run a HTTP Request to an API. Based on the result from the HTTP request, I would either do nothing, update existing rows in the Notion database, or add new rows. That's it.
Let me know your experience with Node-RED + Notion, your hourly rate and the amount of hours you expect to need for this project. I will need to code delivered for implementation by me, but I will require you to test it somewhat first.
