NFT Swap Platform

Hi there.
The project will be a website where the client logs in with web3 wallet of their choosing, selects an nft they want to trade and then enters in the details of what they want to trade it for. It would be NFT for NFT with option for NFT + eth
A link is produced for the person with the other nft to do the swap. Obviously checks are made that it is the correct one and both parties authorise swap. A fee is added to submit the transaction in ETH and they are paid out our token as incentive to use the service.
There will then be a pool for our token/eth.
Bondly does something similar.
Swap.kiwi also does a similar thing.
Nfttrader.Io does similar thing
We would need the front end/back end/contracts to make this work.
We are flexible on the timeframe, we just want to make sure it is done correctly, and with someone we can work with more going forward as we want to add later the option to tokenise your nfts into 100 tokens that they can sell to raise liquidity so will be lots of work later on
