I NEED SOME WHO CAN CREATE API FOR ME

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a google API that will allow me to integrate Google API Key into my existing application. The main functionality I need from the API is place API, Map API, embed API, Map static API, Custom search API, Maps javascript API . I can input it myself i only need you create it for me or share me if you have one already. Additionally, they should have a strong understanding of Google API Key and be able to provide guidance and recommendations on how to best utilize it in my application.
