Music royalty simulator for my label

I am looking for a freelancer to help me create a music royalty simulator for my record label.
The simulator will focus on creating music releases, have them in a list. when editing or creating a release, the simulator would help me organize my the main informations with artwork, music upload assigning artists to each track with a royalty % attached to it, the Threshold meaning my production costs compared to my stocks potential value. It's how much money we need to recoup before start making profit from the release. and of course contracts, according to everything we set up from the tracklist with royalty pourcentages and production costs attached to it, we can create a automatic pdf generator to create the contracts according to all the release data. Artists would have an account and receive a notification to sign the contract and be attached to it meaning he would have his own backend to have access to all the sales in realtime. For the calculation of sales reports which will automatically add to the threshold of each release, we need separate lists to be able to import sales reports from bandcamp and labelworx distributors. That way on each releases in the releases list, we can see how much threshold is left and if we are starting to make profit or if we are still in the negative. The ideal freelancer should have experience in coding on laravel.
I have already started the project while learning about laravel myself, i could send some screen shots and videos for replication
