Multiplayer board game using JS and socket io

I need a javascript game to be a multiplayer game. I currently have the code for the game but it doesn't support multiplayer functionality. You have to use the web socket/socket io to finish it. I am attaching the previous code and the requirements in the file section. Please response only after you read the whole instruction.
