MultiVendor Ecommerce in MERN stack

Hi,Below Requirement must show live with testing on the server. I will provide server, designs and database tables and Paymenst will be on Milestones through Freelancer Only.
I have Requirement of Web Api Ecommerce multi vendor with MLM dynamic matrix functionality in ,Json
Requirement:
1. I have designs in html with postgresql database tables ( Present my application has in Bootstrap, Python ,Flask and PostgreSQL, need to use this designs & database tables for fresh development). we can use it MongoDB
2.Frontend Designs minor works - on ( Website need Dynamic)
(i). "Home Page ( Before and After Login), Category Page,CART."
(ii). Need to create Vendor Page (same as Category Page with minor changes).
(iii).Need to create Slide CART,Check out Page and Tracking Page,Invoice, Couries Invoice (same as Invoice with minor additional one column)
3.User Module
Minor works on Design -
(i).Registration - Adding "Eye Coloumn" to Password & Confirm Password
(ii).Sign In - Adding "Eye Coloumn" to Password & Google Recaptcha
(iii).Dashboard - Removing the existing User Top Layer and Adding Profile Image with Referral Link, Notification icon, Language dropdown icon.
(iv). Order Purchase history,Tracking page
User Functionality :
(i).After Registration - User Registration ID (starts with "S + 9 numerical") will be sent to
Email and Forgot Password after entering "Register ID" an click forgot password - User
will receive details to Email.
(ii).User Purchase,Return,Cancel,Refund Functionality for the Products
