Multi-Tenant WiFi Payment App

I need a multi-tenant application that integrates with MikroTik and a custom payment API.

Key Features:
- Customer joins WiFi, login page displays package options.
- Package selection prompts phone number entry for STK push payment authorization.
- System tracks all transactions, differentiates multiple routers per client, and tracks transactions per router and client.
- API integration: One for requesting payment (STK push), another for disbursing payments to clients based on their customers per router.
- Clients can create different packages for different routers.
- Both PPPoE and hotspot
- Hotspot page is the same as the default hotspot login page
- Optional Advertisment in the hotspot page that grants users 20 minutes of free internet for watching a 5 minute video

Requirements:
- User authorization via username and password
- Web-based admin panel/dashboard
- User login page to display only login details and logo

- Experience with MikroTik
- Proficiency in API integration
- Strong background in multi-tenant application development
- Web-based dashboard development skills
- Familiarity with STK push payment systems like MTN MoMo and Mpesa
