Multi Session Sharing Chrome Extension

Hi,
I need a Google Chrome extension for session sharing I need following features.
For inspiration you can check sessionbox.io its also multi session sharing extension but objective of our extension is different
1 – I will upload the session file in JSON format on my website
2 – When someone opens my website (specific link) extension will get that data and import it, so all the sessions that are shared on file will start working on the user’s browser
3 – Sessions will be stored in Extensions’ virtual data (not in the browser) so that if someone tries to copy the session via edit this cookie or similar extensions, it will not work and when someone restart browser session will automatically remove from the user’s computer.
4 – All sessions will automatically remove after 30 minutes
5 – We can add multiple session for specific website lets say a user can simultaneously run 4/5 sessions on a single website (example 5 Facebook accounts on a single browser simultaneously)
6 – Extension’s session will be separate from the browser’s session, extension will not disturb / overwrite browser sessions.
7 – User Interface will be similar / inspired with sessionbox.io
8 – We will store proxy details in a JSON file on our website, it will fetch those details and run specific websites on proxy.
9 – We will store a list of domains on our website in JSON file which will be blocked and those websites will not work on the user's browser.
10 – We will store list of URLs in JSON files which will be blocked and if that url will be triggered it will redirect to our website's home page.
11 – No other extension may install if they installed our extension on the browser.
12 – Extension will work if user is logged-in on our website (our website is built on aMember system which provides API for remote login) it will show user name on extension if user is logged-in and if user is not logged-in it will show login form user can directly login to our website using that from within extension.
13 – Ability to remotely inject CSS and JS so we can hide specific parts of websites (i.e header / footer / login forms etc..)
14 – Abiltiy to set specific settings remotely via JSON file (after how much time session will logout, user agent settings and few others)
