We are looking for auction based Multi Seller Marketplace somewhat similar to ebay.com business model where Sellers can either sell item via Auction Format or Directly (Fixed Price Or Accept Offers)

Here Some Other Functionalities We needed:
1. Modern UI/UX For Frontend and Seller, Buyer Dashboards
2. Quadreno Sales Tax engine integration for Marketplace sellers & Admin to generate sales tax reporting.
3. Centralized Payment Processing i.e Marketplace admin Process the payment on behalf of sellers and after his commission pay back to sellers bank account, Stripe connect Could be used for payment less than 3000 USD
4. Escrow Accounting For Offline Payment ( Wire Transfers ) For Transaction More than 3000 USD, i.e Buyer Transfer the money from his bank account to marketplace admin bank account then admin verify it manually with his bank, Then Notify to Seller that he got his money now he can ship or Release item to buyer, Once Buyer got his item he let the admin know he got his item. Then Admin transfer the money to seller bank after his commission.
5. Real Time Chat Between Buyer and Seller Via Agora.io
6. Google Map integration to show items location
7. Twilio Api Integration for User Phone Number Verifications.
