Mozilla Hub Experienced developer need

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with some minor adjustments to my Mozilla Hub project.
I have a list of specific features and elements that I would like to be added or modified. The level of customization required is minor, so I am looking for someone who can make these adjustments efficiently and effectively.
1. add character when there is only client in the room.
2. remove character when another client enter in the room.
Character will be AI character and I'll use open AI for this in next step.
But on this current step, I just want to add character.
If you have experience in Mozilla Hub project and can complete this, I can give you next step too.
