Modify Year calender (javascript)

Hello,
This small project is about to modify the year calender (https://year-calendar.github.io/). I would like to have two javascript function developed.
Function 1:
This function will replace all dates with different random number (1-99). The function is called when the calender is loaded and if the year is changed.
Function 2:
When the user click on a date (now with a random number) a pop-up should be shown where a number between 1-99 could be choosen. A save button should be included in the pop-up and if pressed the date should be updated with the number.
