Modify Typescript app to communicate with an ActiveMQ broker

I have a Hyrbid application written in Typescript. At the moment it does nothing but write certain information to a P2P database. I wanted to introduce a broker service in the middle, which will receive this data in certain quees and handle the writing instead. Since I am using the new M1 Mac, I'm having a difficult time working with the codebase (compilation and support issues are very frequent at the moment). As a result, I am posting this as a small project here. My expectations are as below:

1) Create a Worker /Shared Worker in Typescript which will listen to the remote ActiveMQ server and process messages according to certain conditions/events.

I estimate this effort to be perhaps 20 -30 LOC
