Modify My Scala Coded Website

I am looking for someone with strong abilities working with Scala based websites. I have a new chess website based on the open source code from Lichess. Link to the source code https://github.com/ornicar/lila My website is https://CohenChessClub.com The site is coded in Scala and I will need someone to make changes to the website over the next few months.
The first change I will need is to create a landing page that will feature an advertisement for my chess classes as well as the sign-in box from this page https://cohenchessclub.com/login
I want to change the site so that it will require users to be signed in to go to all other areas of the website. Going to any other page will just redirect back to the sign-in page Can you do this job? Thanks!
