Modify JavaScript app

I am looking for a skilled JavaScript developer to modify an existing app. The modifications needed are primarily related to functionality changes. I have a clear list of the desired changes, so the developer should be able to work efficiently with clear instructions.

I want the "Auto-connect to Last Server" and "Auto-load Last Chat" checkboxes check by default when app launch.
