Modify DataTables.Net To Have First Column As Checkbox And Second Column As HyperLink

I have datatables.net set-up to have the first column as a checkbox. What I need help with is having the second column be a hyperlink, and pass the id from the checkbox column to the modal form that needs to display on the hyperlink click.

Can someone assist with this?
