Modify Chrome extension

Concerning this "Permanent Clipbpard" plugin :

The extension allows a person to create a list in the context menu, to allow copy and paste often used templates / or longer sentences, etc... It also allows to backup and restore a person's Entries, (e.g. if using on a different computer).
It has two backup and restore functions. 1) Synchronized 2) Local
However, the problem is, the backup and restore function does not work.
I would like you to apply 2 mods to it please.
1) I need you to remove the Synchronized backup/restore feature. (All references to the Synchronized backup/restore feature I would like removed, see image, the bits highlighted in yellow, image attached).
2) And I need you to fix the Local backup/restore feature, so that it allows me to back up and restore locally, without any problem.
