Modern Minimalist UI for GTA5 Banking Script

I am in need of a clean, modern, and minimalist UI for a banking script in GTA5 - FiveM. The UI should primarily be coded in HTML, with optional JS code for added interactivity. I will handle the backend part in Lua.

Key Features of the UI:
- A dashboard (home) displaying:
- Total value in the bank account
- A welcome message with the user's name (e.g., "Welcome back, XY")
- A list of the last transactions
- Interactive panels for:
- Withdrawing money
- Depositing money
- Transferring money
- A dedicated tab for loans, capable of accommodating the creation of numerous loans

Transaction Details:
- The transactions list on the dashboard should provide full details for each entry, including amount, date, type, balance after transaction, and description.

Additional Dashboard Features:
- A graphical representation of finances on the dashboard for a quick visual overview.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in HTML and JavaScript
- Prior experience designing UIs for gaming scripts, particularly in the FiveM environment
- Understanding of modern minimalist design principles
