Mobile first One Pager with a lot repetitive animations. Need for HTML5/SCSS/JS or JQuery

A microsite (OnePager) optimised for mobile devices is to be created, consisting of approx. 21 scenes, including 3 quiz parts (1x single select, 1 x drag and drop of an image, 1x sorting of three elements in the correct order). Between the scenes there are a lot of animations of the elements (fading in and out / moving out of in the viewport). In addition, in almost every scene there is a figure which is to be animated by separate graphics (graphic transitions and movement of the graphics).
All elements are available in an XD document. The full animations are available in in a pre rendered video file.
HTML5, SCSS and JS/JQuery should be used.
As this is only the first of further modules, it is important that the programming is as modular and reusable as possible.
